The stay was absolutely very pleasant. The venue was modern and stunningly beautiful, I liked the stay and the location was incredible just off beaches as well as a supermarket and most important locations. A nice size and fairly quiet units with a wonderfull view, a Balcony, as for instance, and the staff were amicable. Everywhere there was fairly clean.

Stayed here for 2 days, appreciated the hotel, it was clean with good location close to bus station. The stuff where superfriendly and welcoming and had a sense of humour.

The stay was very pleasant! Modern and stunningly beautiful hotel, I truly enjoyed its central location not far from the beach and public transportation as well as the airport. In general the staff were amicable and exceptionally nice.

I really enjoyed this nice place, stayed there for 3 nights. The personnel were exceptionally nice and affable and made me feel welcome. It was in a comfortable location extremely close to Plaza. You guys made my stay perfectly pleasant.

The hotel's decor was absolutely charming and brought back memories of a bygone era. The beautiful paintings and vintage furniture created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were also well-maintained and clean, making it easy for me to navigate around the hotel. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility. The hallways were spacious and well-lit, and there were handrails in the corridors and by the stairs, providing extra support and safety for older guests like me.

The only thing I would have asked for to make my vacation even better for senior people is a grab bar in the bathroom. The children working there were incredibly helpful and kind, but having a grab bar would have made it easier for me to navigate the bathroom and ensure my safety.

There were an air conditioning, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the room, thoroughly enjoyed that.

We stayed at Bed4U Zurriola for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the charming Old Town. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities like a smart TV and efficient wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful, even taking the time to teach my son some Basque. a great option for a stay in San Sebastian.

Had reasonably large room with a Balcony, a wonderfull view, for instance, and protected with smoke detectors. Location: the hotel was really close to Zurriola beach, a supermarket and the old town and beaches;)))

The size of the room at Bed4U Zurriola was excellent, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The shower in the room was also excellent, providing a refreshing and invigorating experience. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and a supermarket close by. Additionally, the hotel offered an excellent breakfast with fresh orange juice. I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms, excellent service, and convenient location.

Great location, close to beach and old town. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Friendly staff, especially Katerina. Suitable for solo, friends, or business trips. Limited amenities, not ideal for families.

the hotel area was fairly clean, the room was modern. location: the venue was not far from the beach and public transportation, and the airport. and it was at a walking distance from tedone jatetxea, ate there couple of times. thoroughly enjoyed my very pleasant stay at this hotel and would definitely return here.

Everything was fine, amazingly nice staff, excellent location really close to a supermarket and most important locations as well as the city centre. Liked having central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk in the a nice size and quiet room. It had an extremely comfy bed and pillows.
